This service can be purchased at any time, even in advance. The number of hours to which you are entitled for remote hand support will be credited to your colocation product.
You will be notified of your balance once payment is verified and upon task completion. However, you can reach out to us anytime to inquire about your Remote Hand Support balance.

We will assist in replacing or swapping your hardware using your OWN spare parts.
Response time depends on the Support Level you choose. Here are the details:

- All plans include 24/7 free phone support / live chat and access to the self-service center.
- Additional Remote Hands time beyond the included hours will be charged based on your tier (starting from Rp. 350.000/hour for Basic).
- For coverage in Cibitung & Surabaya, add Rp. 150.000/hour. For Malaysia & Singapore, add Rp. 2.500.000/hour.
Please inform us 24 hours in advance so we can arrange for our engineer to be on-site and for our billing to provide you with a clearance form.
