Empowering businesses with innovative cloud solutions since 2019, Herza Cloud has grown from a small startup into a regional leader, committed to delivering reliable and scalable cloud services across Southeast Asia.

Founded in May 2019 in Jakarta, Indonesia, Herza Cloud began as a small operation in our CEO’s living room with just two members—our CEO and one technical expert. Recognizing the rapid digital transformation accelerated by the pandemic, we seized the opportunity to grow, boosting sales significantly in 2020 and 2021. During this period, we expanded our presence across Indonesia, establishing nine Cloud Zones to serve local and regional clients.

In July 2022, we began our journey towards international standards by pursuing ISO 9001 & 27001 certifications. Then, in January 2023, we expanded beyond Indonesia to establish our first international region in Singapore. Today, Herza Cloud proudly operates in four international regions—Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, and Manila—dedicated to providing reliable cloud and connectivity solutions across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Looking ahead, our roadmap for Q1 2026 includes opening more international regions in Bangkok, Thailand, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, further strengthening our commitment to regional digital infrastructure and customer support.
